The iPhone 6 is pegged to go into production next week as July begins to wind down. The Hon Hai corporation, also known as Foxconn, has been noted to start production of the iPhone 6 before July ends.
According to the Telegraph, the 4.7 inch iPhone 6 will head into production next week at the Hon Hai Precision corp’s China-run manufacturing plant. The production will supposedly aim to meet a September release, according to a local Taiwanese local news outlet.
The 5.5 inch iPhone 6 will supposedly head into production some time during the second week of August, where it, too, will aim to release in the fall.
As noted in the article…
“…a China state-run news service reports that Hon Hai is planning to hire 100,000 workers at its mainland facilities to meet future demand for the iPhone, citing comments by the chief of the Henan Provincial Commerce Department.”
Previously, it was rumored that the 5.5 inch iPhone 6 would be delayed to 2015 with the 4.7 inch iPhone pushed to late 2014. However, with this news it reinforces confidence that Apple may be on track to unleashing a brand new measure of iPhone handsets that will rock the mobile world.
Stay tuned for further updates.
