iPhone 5 Gets Priced

The new iPhone is right around the corner. The new step in technology is looking to be a hot commodity this year, but how much will it cost?

The iPhone 5 is likely to follow the same pricing scheme as its predecessors – $399 for a 64GB version and $299 for a 32GB version. This year, though, it looks like Apple may be releasing a third version of the iPhone 5 of the get go for $199; we are guessing this is an 16GB version of the device. This information comes from a leaked code matrix that was posted by Geeky Gadgets.

  • N42A-USA -$199
  • N42B-USA-$199
  • N42A-USA-$299
  • N42B-USA-$299
  • N42A-USA-$399
  • N42B-USA-$399

A and B stand for the colors of the device; either black or white.

With the new iPhone coming we can also expect a drop in iPhone 4S prices, as Apple traditionally does. Likely, the price of the 4S will be dropped by $100 in each respective model. Of course, carriers will likely do deals for the device as well.

This is so flawed…. this pricing matches current pricing but the capacity stated in the article is old… geesus.. check your sources … compare it to the apple store and you’ll see… sizes are 16, 32 and 64 NOT 8, 16 and 32…. bad reporting…. no credibility

Um I don’t want to sound like an ass but um don’t you mean 16,32,64? Just cause I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t do a 8gb model that seems foolish.

Umm, no. 64GB=$399, 32GB=$299, 16GB=$199. Please fact-check your articles before publishing. It doesn’t make you look all that competent.
