Following its pre-order page going live for the iPhone 5 several hours ago, the firm has ran out of its first batch of units for online pre-orders.
If you try to pre-order now, you’ll get a message stating that the iPhone 5 will ship in 2 weeks, instead of its official launch on September 21st.
iPhone 5 pre-orders opened up at 12.01 AM, with other carriers such as Verizon also experiencing downtime on their pre-order page.
Apple’s second global rollout of the iPhone 5, meanwhile, is due on September 28th where the iOS device will release in 100 countries.
