The first iPhone 5 Geekbench results has seen the soon-to-be-released smartphone best the specs for high-end Androids.
The result confirmed a score of 1601 for the device, with no iOS device having ever crossed the 800 mark before.
Comparatively, the quad core Tegra 3-powered Nexus 7 scored a 1591, while the quad-core Samsung Galaxy S3 scored 1560 in the test. That said, the Galaxy S3 running on Jelly Bean outperforms the iPhone 5.
