Things People Love About The iPhone 6

iPhone 6

It’s easy to talk about all the stuff people hate about the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, but sometimes it’s easy to forget that millions of people love Apple’s latest, large-screen creation and they don’t mind expressing those details in lengthy reviews and detailed forum posts.

Previously, there was an article here at iPhone Informer about the things people hate about the iPhone 6, but this time around this article will focus on the fawning and poetic waxing attributed to Apple’s smart device by consumers who absolutely adore the product.

Over on Amazon there are a few choice reviews that highlight what the iPhone does better than arch rival Android. Jay writes…

“Fingerprint sensor. Once you’ve used it, you won’t go back. The S5 is not that close yet in terms of usability with their sensor. The one in the iPhone 6 works really well. I definitely have found myself using my phone more because of how easy it is to unlock and install apps.”

Rodney K also shared similar sentiments to Jay, speaking highly of the iPhone 6’s fingerprint sensor and the the ability swipe and move with ease on Apple’s responsive and fast moving phone. Rodney states…

“I went from a iPhone 4s to a galaxy s5 then to the iPhone 6 and it is by far the best phone I have ever had. It is very fast and responsive. The camera is excellent and does not have the delay that the s5 had. The finger print scanner is excellent and a feature that is surprisingly useful. You can unlock your iPhone with it or purchase stuff online with just your finger print.”

The photo mode capabilities and editing possibilities have also greatly opened up the iPhone to unparalleled praise from iPhonography enthusiasts, with James Thomas writing…

“I can now edit and or update my photos directly from Camera roll once I’ve snapped a picture, instead of having to enter into VSCO Cam. That used to annoy me, because I wanted to just snap a photo, edit it and send it quickly. Now with this new feature it’s finally possible and makes life easier if you’re a “food picture” taking freak like me.”

The photo editing and picture clarity is a feature that isn’t lost on many users, as pointed out by Dust Storm, who segued from the great photo capabilities into the phone’s audio clarity when making phone calls, writing…

“My wife and I are heavy photo users with the iPhone 6, and one thing that you can tell is better is the picture quality with the iPhone 6. Additionally, the call quality and sound is definitely noticeable both from your end, and the person who you are calling the first phone call we made on the iPhone 6 was to my mom, and she said ‘what are you calling me from? You sound so much clearer than normal.’”

While some users criticize Apple for not innovating in every area like they could have, they do give praise where praise is do, with customers like Timbo Slice “Tim” talking up the phone’s video recording capabilities, writing…

“I go to concerts a lot. And I love getting pictures of the bands while they are in action. I also love getting videos of my favorite songs so I can relieve those moments. Ive recorded a lot of videos with previous phones and the audio/video quality is just terrible. Until I got this phone. The camera has a new software added to it to allow it to keep focused much better than the previous phones”

Many of the high-praise reviews bounce between whether or not they actually like the phone being as thin as it is but most praise the phone’s speed and functionality.

Like all things, the reality of the iPhone 6’s quality is probably nestled in somewhere between opinions of extreme degrees. But obviously the sales dictate that the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are a lot more beloved than they are hated.
