An updated video of Apple’s new headquarters named Apple Park was recently released and shows the progress Apple has made in the past month.
The latest video update comes from the videographer Matthew Roberts who has been releasing monthly videos on Appel Park for years. Using his drone he shows viewers the facility’s main building, dubbed the “Spaceship” due to its ring-shaped design, which looks just about done.
The 1,000 seat auditorium named Steve Jobs Theater is still under construction with construction material surrounding it. The auditorium is supposed to be open later this year, possibly to announce the new iPhones this fall.
Even though more planting has been done in this month’s video, the landscaping still looks barren. Apple is said to have around 9,000 trees around the campus once it’s finally complete.
The campus is expected to be fully operating this summer with over 12,000 employees working there. Apple announced back in February that employees would slowly start migrating to the new headquarters in April but its hard to tell from the video if the process has started or not. You can check out this month’s video update of Apple Park by watching the video above.
