HP Device as a service program is design to provide comprehensive support to customers by assisting in providing the right device for the job.
In today’s fast changing technology, businesses are learning to adapt to the fast rapid changes, such as with HP expanding its Device as a Service program to meet the needs of its customers. The program has been orchestrated to help businesses choose the right devices for the job, one of the ways that the program works is by offering a three-tier service which ranges from hardware repair/replacement, bulk enrollment and analytics, to comprehensive packages that cover all avenues of IT management.
With this new expansion, HP will not only offer its own brand products, but it will now offer Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, Mac computers and other Apple devices. The company is embracing mixed-device environment by offering a variety of solutions going beyond HP manufactured hardware. The company plans to use its own tech support and its managed service group.
This service is only being offered in the United States at this time, but the company stated they hope to expand this program to other counties soon.
