Looks Like iPhone SE 2 Might Make A Debut At The 2018 WWDC

The latest rumor states that Apple may launch a new and improve iPhone SE 2,  which could have a little tweaking under the hood making the device faster.

The rumors are back regarding Apple’s little smartphone the iPhone SE 2, the little iPhone that could, just might make it’s debut. Some rumors are stating the SE 2  may sport a faster A10 Fusion chip, wireless charging, and a larger 4.2-inch screen display. It seems there is no talk or rumor that the 2GB of RAM  with 32GB and 128 GB of storage will change, it seems for now it will remain the same. Recent talk has that Apple could unveil the device as soon as this June for the upcoming 2018 WWDC.

On another note,  KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo seems doubtful that Apple will debut the iPhone SE in the second quarter of 2018. Kuo believes if a iPhone SE 2 will be presented in the future, the device will probably have fewer outward face changes,  but more so, adding a few more internal changes, as mention above, he sees Apple increasing a faster processor, and lowering the price on the device.

Since the iPhone SE debuted in 2016, it would make sense to make some updates around the two or three year mark after it launched. Hopefully, Apple marketing group will take the little iPhone that could, more seriously for the select group who enjoys a smaller hand-held device, and desire a more affordable iPhone. As always stay tuned for more rumors, talks, and news on the iPhone SE 2 to come.
