Apple Lifts Two iPhone 5 Per Household Limit

by William Usher on

You can now purchase more than two iPhone 5 handsets per household. Apple has lifted the restriction that saw only one household having to limit purchases of the iPhone 5 to two at a time.

According to Mac Rumors the iPhone 5 is no longer under reseller arrest. As noted in the image at the top of the article, Apple originally had a very strict policy in place to keep iPhone 5 purchases limited per each household.

However, now that the supply is meeting demand and production has ramped up to the point where Apple can service millions of potential mobile owners the world around, the restriction of two units per household has been rescinded. On the flip-side, the policy is still in place for the iPad Mini, since it just released.
