People having their iPhones stolen is a very common thing, so common in fact that even wheel-chair bound paraplegics have their handsets stolen from them, too.
According to the New York Post, 18-year-old Nakiem Sanders stole an iPhone from the wheel-chair of 38-year-old paraplegic, Williams Washington.
Washington uses the iPhone to help communicate since he’s unable to speak. Sanders snatched the iPhone from Washington’s tray and took flight. Police were able to track Sanders down and arrest him, charging him with grand larceny and criminal possession.
Sanders has a tattoo of “live-fast” on his arm but he’ll be living rather slowly once he lands in jail.
