RIM has had it rough and their latest shortcoming is Home Depot bailing on them and their Blackberry line for Apple’s iPhone.
According to Apple Insider, Home Depot is replacing the Blackberry phones used by 10,000 or so employees with Apple’s lean, mean, sleek and slick iPhone handset.
This should mark a nice victory for Apple, as more and more businesses continue to pledge allegiance to the company from Cupertino, California.
Nevertheless, it’s not all fire and brimstone for Motorola, as Home Depot will continue to use Blackberry smartphones for their other 60,000 employees.
This news comes on the heels of RIM’s recent announcement of the Z10 Blackberry and QWERTY-friendly Q10 smartphone.
