Apple’s tag-teaming handset combination of the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 have not only outsold the Android Galaxy S III combined but also individually.
According to Information Week, the iPhone 4S moved an impressive 17.4 million units before 2012 ended and the iPhone 5 moved a whopping 27.4 million units in the fourth quarter of 2012, both of which completely destroyed Samsung’s Galaxy S III.
The Android powered phone only managed to move 15.3 million units in the fourth quarter of 2012. That’s a pretty big dip down from the 18 million units moved in the third quarter of 2012.
Simply told, Apple’s two latest iterations of the iPhone out-sold Samsung’s Galaxy S III with impressive figures. But can they keep it up throughout 2013?
